Amelia Maxwell

An Amelia Maxwell song is a jolt of raw intimacy. Her lyrical poeticism slices through you, while the melodies gently piece you back together. Rooted in folk-rock, Amelia Maxwell’s music navigates themes of grief, queerness, nostalgia, and disaffection.

Amelia Maxwell and her band is Toronto based, has performed across Toronto and Southern Ontario, and was featured in the Exclaim! Mag’s Class of 2025 showcase. Amelia’s debut EP, Lap Dog was released in April.
