Egyptian Cotton Arkestra

Egyptian Cotton Arkestra is a fluid entity anchored by the core quartet of James Goddard (saxophone), Lucas Huang (percussion), Markus Lake (bass), and Ari Swan (violin). They draw on the traditions of jazz and other out musicks. They have been performing together as Egyptian Cotton Arkestra since 2017. Their début album ‘Time and Place’ is set to be released by Watch That Ends the Night Records in 2025.
