High Integrity Interval Training with Aquakultre, Fiver and Nathan Doucet has been moved to 11:30 am on Sunday, August 6th. Still taking place at the Chester Cole Memorial Ball Field: location remains the same!
Tea 4 Three and Mother Tongues’ Saturday noontime shows have been moved to the Royal Canadian Legion. The time remains the same! Come on out and hear them shred at 12:15 pm!
